Investigation of antistatic properties of polyester fabric finished by hydrophilic polyester

The influencing factors on the antistatic properties of the polyester fabric finished by hydrophilic polyester were analyzed by measuring antistatic,hydrophilic,air permeability,whiteness,strength,washable per- formance of the fabric.The optimum finishing conditions of hydrophilic polyester antistatic to the polyester fabric was obtained:the concentration of finish 40 g/L,curing at 170℃for 120 s,pH value was controlled about 5.The effect of the hydrophilic polyester antistatic finishing on polyester fabric dyeing was studied and the antistatic mechanism was introduced.
