A six-membered-ring incorporated Si-rhodamine for imaging of copper(ii) in lysosomes

A Si-rhodamine-based probe with a multifunctional thiosemicarbazide moiety favored the imaging of lysosomal Cu²⁺with precise targeting and superior sensitivity.
