Low infrared emissivity materials based on hollow particles are prepared by chemical Ni-coated processing, and surface morphology, absorbance, emissivity and infrared radiant energy are characterized.Hollow particles is fully packaged by Ni-P films and shown as few needle things on surface by SEM.IR,DSC demonstrates that the materials absorbance can be decreased from 34.2% to 13.9%,and infrared emissivity can be decreased from 0.85 to 0.65 at waveband of 8~14 μm,and infrared radiant energy is lower than ones of other metal fillers greatly. Then it is hopeful to be applied in research field of low emissivity infrared hidden coat.
