摘要
Cu-Ce-Ze-O catalysts were prepared by sol-gel methods and supported inside microchannel reactor for removal of carbon monoxide from hydrogen-rich gas by catalytic oxidation. The effects of Zr doped amount, calcination temperature, and pre-treatment methods on the performances of the catalysts were investigated, and the optimum space velocity was determined. The results showed that for the Cu1Zr2Ce9Oδ catalyst carbon monoxide conversion was above 99% in reaction temperature range of 180℃~240℃, and carbon monoxide volume fraction in the gas could be degraded to below 10×10-6 in reaction temperature range of 210℃~230℃. The catalysts with hydrogen pretreatment had better performances and low temperature activity. Increasing space velocity could improve reaction selectivity.
