The Role Teachers' Morality Construction Plays in University's Morality Education

Teachers' morality construction is am important part in university's morality education. This paper, on the basis of the forming process of university students' morality, analyses the influence teachers have on students' healthy growth; it discusses the role teachers' morality construction has in university morality training target so as to improve working styles and efficiency in university morality education.
