A study on the dynamic capabilities of new ventures:microfoundations,evolution and analysis framework

New venture's dynamic capabilities are the key issues in entrepreneurial research.Fundamental differences between new ventures and established firms are in the dynamic capabilities.The microfoundations and the evolution of dynamic capabilities are important and difficult issues in the research.Based on the review of previous literature,we present an analysis framework of new venture's dynamic capabilities that explicating the antecedents,the component factors and the mechanism of the dynamic capabilities.
