【Objective】To study the predictive value of fetal f FN and cervical length combined with monitoring the premature delivery of threatened premature pregnancy.【Methods】 chooses the December 2012 to 2014 November during the past two years in our hospital, with 106 cases of pregnant women with threatened preterm labor, taken vaginal secretion specimens made of FFN determination, at the same time with the ultrasonic technique proved cervical length, conjoint analysis using two methods predict premature sensitivity, specificity. 【Results】 there were 36 cases of f FN presenting positive results and cervical length no more than 3 cm, f FN showed positive results and cervical length was 3 cm and more than 4 cases. FFN showed negative results and cervical length in 3 cm or more patients with 56 cases, FFN showed negative results and cervical length in patients less than 3 cm with 10 cases of.FFN showed positive results and cervical length not more than 3 cm in 36 patients in one, two, three weeks of delivery rate in turn is 88.89%, 91.67% and 100.00%; FFN negative presentation and cervical length in 3 cm and above patients did not appear premature. The sensitivity and specificity of the combination of f FN and cervical length for three weeks of preterm delivery were predicted, and the predictive values of both positive and negative were 100%. 【Conclusion】 monitoring the content of f FN in pregnant women can predict the premature delivery, and the detection rate and the prediction rate of the threatened premature delivery can be greatly improved by the combination of ultrasound and detection of cervix length.
