Stripping system BS for the cotton dyeings

BS stripping system has storage safety,good stability and strong reducing power.It is used to stripping of cotton dyeings with reactive and direct dyestuffs.It is found that BS stripping system features good stripping effects at mild conditions,wide pH range,as well as low damage to fabric strength.BS system can strip 95% of reactive dyestuffs and direct dyestuffs used in the experiments except for direct pink Y and reactive brilliant blue FN-G.The optimized stripping conditions are: stripping agent BS-1 1 g/L,catalyst BS-2 1 g/L,treating at 80~100 ℃ for 20 min,pH value 7～9.
