The Founding and Constructing of CIMS' Computer Networking System

This paper explains the basic concept of CIMS, divides the structure of CIMS' computer networking system into two levels according to the two different environments: different computer platforms and different control system of the equipments at bottom, advances the concepts of vertical subnetwork and horizontal subnetwork, analyses and discusses the founding and constructing of vertical subnetwork and horizontal subnetwork on different aspects. [
