Confidentiality is one of the main issues in most cryptocurrencies, and for that, the anonymity of the transaction participants must be ensured. The main mechanisms used in anonymous cryptocurrencies are reviewed, and countries' approaches to the legal regulation of anonymous cryptocurrencies are being investigated.
