Thermally assisted photocatalytic conversion of CO2–H2O to C2H4over carbon doped In2S3nanosheets

Carbon-doped In₂S₃is a photocatalyst for converting CO₂–H₂O to C₂H₄without any sacrificial agents. Carbon doping can enhance water adsorption/dissociation and CO₂activation and decrease energy barriers of forming CH* intermediates, resulting in high selectivity.
