Objective To improve the clinician’s ability for diagnosing the liver tuberculosis by analyzing its CT manifestations. Methods The CT features of 24 patients with clinically or pathologically-proved liver tuberculosis were retrospectively analyzed. Results Fifteen cases showed diffused multiple small nodular or patchy low density in whole liver parenchyma. Six cases showed liver parenchyma in multiple scattered nodular or patchy low density. Three cases showed single lesions within the liver parenchyma. Conclusion CT scan is an important diagnostic method to find out liver tuberculosis.
