Laue's energy-current is the difference between the positive and the negative energy-current

The Energy-current was advanced by Laue in 1911 for explaining the Paradox on right-angled lever,but it couldn't explain the reason that the Energy-current is zero in one reference frame and isn't zero in another.'In the paper,we import the positive and negative energy-current,the difference between the positive and the negative energy-current is just the Laue's Energy-current.
