Research Overview of Myocardial Metabolic Changes under Ischemia Condition

Myocardial ischemia is one of the common diseases in clinical,which is generally caused by coronary atherosclerosis.With the increasing incidence,it has become a serious threat to human health.Myocardial ischemia,with a lack of oxygen or blood,inevitably causes myocardial metabolic disorders and leads to different degrees of damage of myocardial cells.Here is to make a review of energy metabolism,amino acid metabolism,lipid metabolism and lactate metabolism and the application of metabonomics technology in the field,with the aims to elaborate the changes caused by myocardial ischemia,and provide references for further study of myocardial ischemia.
