摘要
Objective To evaluate the method of neutralization of chemical disinfectant for inactivation of virus with feline calicivirus(FCV) as the indicator. Methods The method of infecting cells was adopted to cultivate the virus. The plaque forming unit count was used to measure the efficacy of chlorine-containing disinfectant in inactivation of feline calicivirus. Results The neutralizer used in this test could neutralize the disinfectant containing available chlorine 1000 mg/L,but the neutralization product was toxic to the CrFK cells for culturing. After being diluted to 2.5 times by EBSS,the toxicity of the neutralization product to the CrFK cells could be eliminated. The average killing rate of FCV exposed to sodium hypochlorite containing 1000 mg/L available chlorine for 1 min was 99.16%,and the average killing rate was 99.99% after exposure for 5 min. Conclusion The method of virus infecting cells and plaque forming unit count method are simple and reliable for determining neutralization of disinfectant in virucidal test for FCV.The methods can be used as the reference for the disinfection experiment.
