On the Government and Resource Allocation

The resource, in its economic sense, has its scarcity. Therefore, each economic subject is confronted with the problem of the scarcity of resources. In order to make use of the scare social resources reasonably and efficiently so as to achieve the Pareto optimality of the resource allocation, the government, enterprises and individuals have to take some measures. In the long run, the problem of economy attributes to the problem of choice resulted from the scarcity of resources.
