Studies on HPLC Fingerprints of Angelica sinensis on Sale

Objective:To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Angelica sinensis and provide the method to establish the quality standard and to regulate the agriculture for Angelica sinensis.Methods:The ferulic acid was used as internal standard compound, the HPLC method was used to establish the fingerprint of 17 batches of Angelica sinensis in different regions on sale.Results:We goet the fingerprints of Angelica sinensis under the selected spectrum condition, which showed six public peaks. and then compared with the fingerprints under different spectrum condition. As same time, the fingerprints of Chinese Patent Medicines which included Angelica sinensis showed the public peaks.Conclusion:This method established the fingerprints of Angelica sinensis, provided the reasonable and reliable method for quality congtrol of Angelica sinensis.
