Continuous Improvement of Quality Management by Using Medical Quality Management Briefing

The changes of medical quality management briefing from the first to the eighth edition in 2013 and quality control results were compared and analyzed. The briefing became more comprehensive,quality control indicators became more systematic,and quality control method became more scientific. Medical quality management briefing can be taken as an important carrier of quality management,which will benefit continuous improvement of health care quality management,highlight the hospital characteristics,and play an important role in the quality culture construction.
