THE DISCUSSION OF COMPLICATION IN GYNECOLOGY TREATMENT AND DIAGNOSIS OF CAPAROSCOPY.

Objective:To discuss the complication in treatment and diagnosis of caparoscopy.Methods:Using stores caparoscopy(german) to analyze the 15 cases with complication out of 11020 cases in treatment and diagnosis of caparoscopy.Results:In the 15 complication cases,burning seperation,vessel injury,intestine injury and paravesical injury are the main styles in the treatment and diagnosis of caparoscopy.Conclusions:The complication in treatment and diagnosis of caparoscopy can occur at any stage of operation.Incorrect operation puncturing skills,over depth of puncturing are the major causes for causing complication.To improve the skill training of caparoscopy operation,satisfying gas abdom,concerning of anatomy structure can decrease the occurrence rate of complication.
