On Chinese Government Procurement System

The government procurement system is being implemented in China and there are problems for poor management and supervision. Local government procurement policies and regulations need publicizing, government procurement departments and personnel need improving, and supervision needs strengthening so that government procurement is carried our in line of strictly legal and institutionalized practice.
