Analysis on immunophenotypes of 10 cases of chronic lymphocytic leukemia

Objective:To study the immunophenotypes of chronic lymphocytic leukemia(CLL).Method:The immunophenotypes in peripheral blood cell of 10CLL cases were determined by flow cytometry.Result:In 10 CLL cases,the expression of CD19 was 100% 。In one case,CD5,CD19,CD20,HLA-DR,CD3,CD13 expressions were all positive and the expression rate of CD34 was more than 10%.CD5,CD19,HLA-DR,CD20and CD7are all positive in another case.The cases of CD5,CD19,HLA-DR,CD20all positive occupied 50%.Conclusion:Most of CLL cases are B cell CLL.It could be important of immunophenotype in the diagnosis and distinguishing diagnosis of CLL,which would express other cell line's immunophenotype.
