Proteomics and the development of Proteomics Techniques

Proteomics was born in the 1990s,and became more and more mature.All or parts of proteins from organism were studied by proteomics.The fundamental role of proteins in supporting life was recognized.Proteomics was more directly and exactly to interpret the activity of life than genomics.So proteomics grew much faster and received so much attention from worldwide scientists in the near years.In this review,the definition of proteomics was first explained,the theories and the applications of many proteomics techniques were also introduced.
