Comment on the Comparison of Education Test Organization Management System and Its Reform Direction

To develop large-scale education test,that is a specialized work greatly.China all levels of education test organization,simultaneously shoulders the management function and the service function now,the situation is one of the reasons that China education test professional standard not to be able to obtain improvement effectively. This article through a comparison about the education test organization management system,and pointed out the main disparity of the professional standard between China with America and Britain.At the new time,whether we may have a reform that to separate education test organization's the management function and the service function,there is the different viewpoints.This research believed that to speed up and cultivate our country's edu- cation test Nonprofit organizations and agencies,the situation is urgent and the practical significance is significant.
