METHOD FOR CALCULATING AXIAL ELASTIC MODULUS OF [+φ/-φ] FILAMENT WOUND TUBES BASED ON CONSIDERING FILAMENT UNDULATION

Through introducing a filament undulation degree parameter for considering the undulation effect on the elastic modulus,the paper presents a method for calculating axial elastic modulus of filament wound composite tube.Compared the theoretical calculation results with the experiment ones,the calculation results using the presented theory are closer to the experiment results than that using classical laminate theory,which shows that the present theory can introduce the filament undulation effect on elastical modulus to some extent.
