Infrared upconversion and optical storage ZnS:Cu,Pb,Mn film has been successfully developed by chemical solution deposition method,and the infrared upconversion efficiency of ZnS:Cu,Pb,Mn films with different thickness has been investigated by using short infrared laser and double channel power meter.It is shown that the infrared upconversion efficiency of ZnS:Cu,Pb,Mn film not only depends on the thickness,but also has theexhaustionphenomenon.With the increase of thickness,the infrared upconversion efficiency raises initially and then declines,and the ZnS:Cu,Pb,Mn film with a thickness of about 30 μm has the highest infrared upconversion efficiency.
