摘要
The article’s primary focus is on the utilization of nanotechnology and its beneficial influence on the overall capabilities of all defense systems. It is of particular importance to note that nanotechnology enables the further development and successful deployment of new quality-introduced military equipment, such as unmanned autonomous vehicles (UAVs) and other platforms. The authors present a methodology that involves an understanding of the context in which UAVs are currently being deployed en masse in the context of the war in Ukraine, the war in the Gaza Strip, or likely future deployments focused on missions related to peace support and peacekeeping, counterterrorism, countering the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, conflict prevention and regional stabilization, for multinational missions, and more recently in conditions of asymmetric warfare. Additionally, the authors provide a concise overview of other potential applications related to the development of entirely novel materials and structures, which are applicable in nearly all fields and offer a transformative quality while expanding the scope of equipment and material utilization.
