Iridium( iii )/rhenium( i ) complexes bearing NLG919 as the ligand for enhanced triple-negative breast cancer therapy

Four novel iridium( iii )/rhenium( i )-NLG919 complexes exhibited excellent anti-tumor activity against 4T1 cells and induced cell death by inhibiting IDO expression, suppressing cell proliferation, inducing apoptosis, and triggering ICD.
