To the Editor: Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic, relapsing inflammatory disease characterized by intense pruritus and impaired quality of life. Lebrikizumab, an anti-interleukin-13 monoclonal antibody, has demonstrated efficacy and safety in global phase 3 trials.1,2 Notably, Japan is unique in permitting every-four-week (q4w) maintenance dosing from week 4 after 2 loading doses, whereas in other countries every-2-week dosing remains standard through week 16. However, real-world data on the effectiveness and safety of this Japan-specific regimen remain limited.
