摘要
We study the structure of thin films of benzotrifuroxan, 1,3,5-triamino-2,4,6-trinitrobenzene, and 1,1-diamino-2,2-dinitroethylene, obtained by gas-phase deposition on various substrates: aluminum, polyethylene terephthalate, imitation parchment, quartz glass, polymer resin, silicon, and sapphire. The gaseous products obtained by thermal vacuum sublimation are subjected to preliminary preparation. The molecular structure of the obtained thin films corresponds to the studied substances. The texture of the films is determined. Their morphology is determined by particles that have a columnar shape, nonequilibrium faceting, and a developed surface. X-ray diffractometry, Raman spectroscopy, IR spectroscopy, spectrophotometry in the visible, ultraviolet, and near-infrared regions, and optical and electron microscopy are used in the measurements. The surface topology and electronic properties of the obtained textured films are studied.
