摘要
Staphylococcus aureus, a high-priority pathogen proclaimed to cause infections ranging from mild to life-threatening, presents significant challenges in treatment. New therapies can be developed quicker using open drug discovery platforms offering a distinct approach to expedite the development of innovative antibacterial and anti-biofilm therapeutics. This study set out to address these issues by finding new uses for current medications to find compounds that are effective against S. aureus.
