With the rapid growth of the scale of the tourism retirement immigration market year by year, this group still faces challenges in terms of social integration, infrastructure adaptability and access to information on living and living in the place of immigration. Due to the lack of sufficient cultural and sojourn information dissemination channels, Guizhou's rich sojourn resource information cannot be easily obtained and mastered by domestic and foreign tourists and tourism retirees. In order to better promote Guizhou's tourism culture and healthy living resources, it is necessary to develop an information-based tourism system. Spring Boot framework and Vue front-end technology are the most widely used application development technologies at present, which can simplify the development difficulty and complicated development steps, so they are selected as the basic framework of this system. In the design and implementation of the information tourism system, the author focuses on the development language technology of Java Web, and uses Spring Boot as the back-end framework of the system to complete the design and development of the user and administrator system respectively. At the same time, the author chooses IntelliJ IDEA as the development tool, the data storage depends on MySQL 8.0.28 open source database, the programming language adopts Java 8.0 and JDK 1.8, the project construction and dependence management are carried out through Maven 3.6.1, and the Navicat for MySQL visual database software is used to ensure the cross-platform compatibility and performance of the system and improve the convenience of database development and management. On the whole, the paper completes the system function test through the demand analysis, system design and system implementation of the tourism system development, and completes the system function test with the black box test as the main test scheme, and then completes the detailed description of the whole development process of the system.
