Research on temperature characteristics of open cavity fiber optic sensing structure

An open cavity Mach Zehnder interferometer is put forward. By relying on femtosecond laser microfabrication technology and introducing temperature sensitive material, high-sensitivity measurement of ocean temperature is achieved, with a resolution of up to 0.0002°C.
