Investigation and Analysis of the Current Situation of Professional Competence of Kindergarten Teachers

The professional competence of preschool teachers is crucial for the healthy growth of young children, as it directly and indirectly affects their physical and mental health development. In order for young children to receive better early childhood education, it is necessary for preschool teachers to have good professional qualities, obtain the overall professional competence status of kindergarten teachers, and provide data support for the training of preschool teachers. The article adopts an empirical survey on the professional competence of kindergarten teachers, elaborates on the research methods and process in detail, and uses statistical software to analyze the survey data. Based on the data analysis, it explores the enlightenment and thinking on the cultivation of preschool teachers and students and the training of preschool teachers.
