摘要
Compared with general magnetic bearings, active magnetic bearings(AMBs) have high efficiency, almost no friction, low consumption. They are widely used in vacuum, ultra-clean, high-speed and other occasions. Firstly, the principle and structure of AMB are introduced. Then the research work of AMB and its control technology is described. The research status of the key control technology of AMB and the tuning method to improve the stability and robustness of the system are summarized. Finally, according to the development direction of AMB with high speed, high precision and low consumption, the development trend of active magnetic bearing control technology research is analyzed.
