Since the judges had written some personal opinions enclosed to the verdict,more and more people began to make the new verdict embody the literature features.But can the verdict be literarized? This essay will analyze the question from the history,the relationship between the law and literature,the consequence of the literarized verdict,and so on.Finally,it's concluded that the verdict can't be literarized.
