摘要
A very high singlet exciton ratio (∼93%) in the electroluminescence of the triphenylamine-thiadiazole molecule TPA-NZP is attributed to reverse intersystem crossing (T→S) along the high-lying charge-transfer state channel, denoted the “hot exciton” mechanism. Compared with a “cold exciton” mechanism, this may be a good strategy for designing the next generation of organic light-emitting materials with high exciton utilization efficiency and high exciton radiation efficiency.
