Image reconstruction from misaligned truncated helical cone-beam data

The effects of a misalignment between the rotation and translation axes of the scanner in helical cone-beam CT was investigated. A simple method to estimate the misalignment parameters was proposed and the PHI-method was shown to be suitable to obtain accurate results from misaligned data.
