摘要
Given the increasing demand for high electromagnetic wave absorption (EMA) flexible materials with excellent electromagnetic attenuation features, in this study, reduced graphene oxide@strontium ferrite (rGO@SrFe12O19) was prepared via a solvothermal reaction and mixed with waterborne polyurethane to obtain EMA slurry and then printed on polyester fabric substrate using facile screen printing. The good electromagnetic effect between rGO and SrFe12O19, which endows the material favorable electromagnetic properties, results in superior EMA performance with a minimum reflection loss of −74.82 dB at thickness of 4.18 mm and an effective absorption bandwidth covering the X-band. Synchronously, the good flexibility of polyester-based EMA material and the simple building method by screen printing significantly broaden the application potential of such flexible EMA material. In summary, this low-cost, flexible, and high-performance EMA material fabricated through a facile and scalable preparation process demonstrates significant application prospects in civilian domains.
