摘要
In this study, a ytterbium doped ultrafast fiber laser was realized using a real saturable absorber called Semiconductor Saturable Absorber Mirror. The resonator cavity was designed in a linear cavity. Theoretical simulation and experimental realization were done based on the optimized parameters. The output from the stable resonator was fed into dual stage amplification stages, which boosted the average power to ~150 mW.
