Overestimation of the Ischemic Core Is Associated With Higher Core Lesion Volume and Degree of Reperfusion After Thrombectomy

In patients with acute ischemic stroke, overestimation of the ischemic core occurred more often in those with ischemic core volumes greater than 50 mL at CT perfusion, regardless of the time from symptom onset to imaging.
