摘要
Objectives: This study aims to identify typologies of daily activity patterns among older adults and analyze how these behavioral profiles correlate with aging attitudes. Methods: Data came from the 2020 China Longitudinal Aging Social Survey. Latent Class Analysis (LCA) categorized older adults, and OLS regression with an interaction term was applied. Stata MP 17.0 was used. Results: Four types of older adults' daily behaviors were identified: Active Producers, Healthy Homemakers, Unhealthy Homemakers, and Medical & Care Needy. These categories reflected the shift from professional roles to family duties and health concerns. The study found an inverted "U" shaped trend in self-perceptions of aging, with the most positive views among Unhealthy Homemakers. Notably, Healthy Homemakers, the largest group, had more negative perceptions than Unhealthy Homemakers, indicating a psychosocial gap that needs further study. Discussion: The findings emphasize the importance of recognizing how daily behaviors influence older adults' views on aging.
