Successful treatment of lupus miliaris disseminatus faciei with topical ivermectin: a case report

This case report describes a 73-year-old woman with Lupus Miliaris Disseminatus Faciei (LMDF) who responded favorably to topical ivermectin treatment. Her erythematous-brown papules showed near-complete resolution after two months of therapy, leaving only pitted scars. These findings suggest topical ivermectin as a potential treatment for LMDF.
