A Study on the Internal Guarantee and Incentive Mechanism of College Volunteers

Based on the status of volunteer service activities among college students in the 2022 Winter Olympics, this study uses SPSS analysis, meta-analysis, and questionnaire survey methods to explore the correlation between intrinsic motivational factors in volunteer service and volunteer behavior. In summary, the new security incentives can incorporate intrinsic incentives as the main security incentives, supplemented by certain material security incentives.
