Construction of Social Responsibility Engineering System for Manufacturing Enterprise

Manufacturing industry is the cornerstone of modernization. In recent years, China's manufacturing industry has been developing rapidly. However, China's manufacturing industry is large but not strong; it has a large quantity but not premium quality. The main reason for this is that the awareness of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and the concept of sustainable development are weak. Conforming to people's new expectations for a better life, this paper incorporated sustainable development and innovation into the assessment system of CSR, and builds a social responsibility engineering system for manufacturing industry, which includes CSR's Theory, Regulation, Education, Evaluation and Supervision. The system aims to provide theoretical guidance for Chinese manufacturing enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities, accelerate the transformation of China's manufacturing industry from being big to being strong, build "a community with a shared future for mankind".
