The Influence of Technological Gap on Manufacturing Enterprises Intra-region Direct Investment Technological Spillovers Research in Western Regions

With the manufacturing data of eleven Western provinces from 1999 to 2006,the paper computes the contribution of the technological gap to manufacturing IRDI technological Spillovers by use of DEA-Malmquist approach after grouping by technological gap. The result shows that big technological gap group obtain more technological efficiency change and small technological gap group obtain more technological change.
