ChemInform Abstract: Effect of Additives on Catalytic Activity of 12‐Molybdophosphoric Acid for Methacrolein Oxidation.

Abstract It is found that the addition of As5+ to H3PMo12O40 improves the selectivity to methacrylic acid (MAA) but lowers the conversion efficiency of the catalyst, whereas addition of Cu2+ improves the catalytic activity but lowers the MAA selectivity.
