Determination of hesperidin in Jianerxiaoshi oral liquid by HPLC

Purpose To establish a method for the determination of hesperidin in Jianer Xiaoshi oral liquid.MethodsHPLC was adopted with a mobile phase of methanol-acetic acid-water(35∶4∶61) and flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was at 283 nm.ResultsThe linear range of hesperidin was 0.084 4-0.422 μg.The average recovery was 98.04% and RSD was 1.76%.ConclusionThis method is simple,practical and accurate.It is suitable for the quality control of Jianer Xiaoshi oral liquid.
