Construction and Study on the Hospital Information Systems Integration Platform Based on SOA

Information sharing and business collaboration among different hospital information systems have become the major challenges faced by the hospital informationization progress at present.Based on the analysis of the current construction status quo of hospital information systems,the hospital service bus(HSB) integration plan based on service oriented architecture(SOA) is proposed in this paper to provide the platform for realizing the loosely coupled integration of the hospital information systems.With information exchange system built between different systems and the platform in accordance with the integration plan and HL7,IHE,CDA,and DICOM standards,all the functions of the systems are materialized by means of providing services to the tenninal users or other service systems.Therefore,the information sharing and business collaboration among different hospital intormation systems can be achieved.
