The Influence of Low Temperature in the Further Germination of Embryoids of Fritillaria Cirrhosa D.Don

Plant tissue culture methods of Fritillaria Cirrhosa D.Don were established. After embryoids were cultured at a low temperature of 0～5℃ for many days, the authors found that the number of the further germination of embryoids was more in 40d than in other time on MS medium of no hormones.Furthermore, peroxide was analyzed by electrophoresis.It showed that embryoids occured apparent changes of activity and map bands, especially in B region and C region.
