Enhanced Technology of Ductile Iron Crankshaft

The material characteristics of spheroidal graphite cast iron is introduced.The measures of improving ductile iron crankshaft are given.The ductile iron crankshaft is successfully applied in turbocharged intercooled diesel engine.The results show that the normalizing spheroidal graphite cast iron has great potentialities,and can be applied in higher power diesel engine.
